Lauren Daneshgar

Lauren is a junior studying cybersecurity with a minor in human security and geospatial intelligence. Born and raised in Los Angeles, she loves hiking and exploring the outdoors. Her history with camping has been… unconventional, ranging from a night on a park bench during a heatwave to freezing in Joshua Tree after Vedant stole her sleeping bag.

She’s always down for a good day hike and is working on learning to camp like a responsible adult. When she’s not hiking with Peaks, you can find her befriending stray cats, annoying her friends, and reading on the “hill” in McCarthy quad.
