RATE MY PROFESSOR: "I'm honestly a better person for having known Professor Lamy"
One of USC's most prominent faculty, Dr. Lamy has won over 20 teaching awards at USC, including professor of the year four times. His areas of expertise include international relations theory, foreign policy analysis, and the foreign policies of the Western nation-states, with over 40 published articles and books in those topics. Devoted to his students and to homemade apple pie, he also heads the Dornsife Task Force on Global and Political Studies. Outside the classroom, Dr. Lamy is a true Peaks legend—he’s been on a trip nearly every semester since the club was founded and spends whatever free time he has hiking in Colorado. He also frequently travels with students to exotic locales (Iceland anyone?) through Dornsife programs like Problems Without Passports.
