Join us for a morning hike to Los Leones. There will be no lions, but there will definitely be super cool views of the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Join us for a 4.5 mile, 2 and a half hour hike!

PROFESSOR: ANDREW DE SILVA

Andrew de Silva teaches writing and critical reasoning at USC, so look for him when you need to take your Writ 150 and Writ 340 classes! He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and studied fiction at USC, where he now pushes students to be the best writers they can possibly be.


PEAK: LOS LEONES TRAIL

DIFFICULTY: 2/5 (4.4 miles, 1190 feet in elevation)

SCENERY: Beautiful views of the Pacific, and hopefully wildflowers

FUN FACT: The Pacific is not actually very calm, as its name in Spanish might imply…
