Come join Dr. Glenn Fox in the San Gabriel Mountains as we explore the classic Bridge to Nowhere hike. We’ll have some insightful conversations about implementing mindfulness practices into our daily lives, expressing gratitude and performing at our peak.
PEAK: Bridge to Nowhere
SCENERY: We will wade through creeks, do some rock scrambling and face some good ole fashioned adventure on our way to the bridge.
FUN FACT: This abandoned bridge was built in 1936!
