Come join us on this short and easy 2.3 mile hike in the Verdugo Mountains! We’ll be accompanied by writing expert Dr. Mary Traester, one of the most insightful and caring professors at USC!

PROFESSOR: Mary Traester
Dr. Traester holds an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature, both from USC. After receiving her Ph.D., she worked on the pilot program of FemTechNet—a network of scholars, students, and artists interested in technology, science, and feminism. Dr. Traester now teaches writing at USC, and researches reading interventions and literacy in the digital age.
