Huntington Library & Gardens w/ Meridith Kruse {Writing}

What better way to kick off the semester than by soaking in a ~ botanical bonanza ~! We’ll head over to San Marino’s famous Huntington Library & Gardens for a casual stroll with Dr. Kruse through its 16 gardens before a sit-down at an in-garden cafe. And amateur & seasoned photographers alike, bring your cameras - January is camellia-blooming season!

Professor Kruse teaches in the Writing Program at USC and her scholarship is focused on queer theory, affect, and feminism. She is a member of USC's History Committee wherein she is conducting archival research on USC's legacy of medical racism. Her writing has appeared in journals such as Feminist Formations, GLQ, and Transgender Studies Quarterly.
