Need to escape for a day? Join us on a 9.2 mile trek in Point Mugu State Park where we will escape from USC’s hectic campus and become one with the lovely Santa Monica Mountains.

Professor Movahedi-Lankarani is the Farhang Foundation Chair in Iranian Studies and an Assistant Professor of Middle East Studies and Environmental Studies at USC. His research focuses on energy infrastructures in the Middle East and sociocultural understandings of the environment. His research is fueled by his interest in how people interact with technology practically and ideologically.
