Enjoy your afternoon adventure by lounging by THE Rock Pool, climbing on volcanic rock, and simply chatting up a storm with THE Matthew Hill (and some new friends)!

Matthew J. Hill received his PhD in 2012 from UCLA. Since then, he has worked at a think tank, advised startups, taught economics and conducted research. His work has been published in several prestigious journals including Health Economics, Labour Economics and the Journal of Economic History. Broadly, his research interests include Economic History, Urban Economics and the Economics of Education. Before joining USC, he was on the faculty at Loyola Marymount. He also has a cool YouTube channel that you should ask him about!
