Join ITP Professor Kristof Aldenderfer for a strenuous 7 mile, 1800ft elevation gain hike up to Strawberry Peak. We’ll get a great workout and 360 views of the San Gabriel Mountains!

PROFESSOR: Kristof Aldenderfer

DEPARTMENT: Information Technology Program

Kristof Aldenderfer teaches courses in the Information Technology Program at USC. His interests lie at the intersection of software, hardware, and creativity. He is currently teaching Programming and Data Analytics courses. Prior to working at the University of Southern California, Kristof worked at the American University in Washington, DC as the Director of the Design and Build Lab, a rapid prototyping space where students, staff, and faculty create things to solve problems.

FUN FACT: It was named because mountaineers thought it resembled an upside down strawberry :0
