Adlai Wertman has a resume too long to list here, but along with being the Founding Director of the Brittingham Social Enterprise Lab and Lead Faculty of the Warren Bennis Scholars Program on campus, he ran Chrysalis, a nonprofit specializing in serving and employing homeless and formerly incarcerated individuals and still serves on the board of numerous organizations.
