Want to spend some time outdoors, and maybe even catch a glimpse of the Easter Bunny hopping by on April 5th? Then this hike is calling your name! Join us and Wellness Professor Christan Staka for an adventure along the scenic Eagle Rock Trail, in the middle of the mountains of Topanga State Park. At the end of the trail is the iconic Eagle Rock (yes, that Eagle Rock). Who knows, maybe Professor Staka might even guide us through a few mindfulness practices to help us slow down, recharge, and find a little inner peace at the top.
