Come with Peaks to Mandeville Canyon! Get ready for a lovely hike in the Santa Monica mountains with views of the greater LA area and the beautiful coastline! We’ll only be hiking the first two miles, so this should be a very chill and relaxing hike :)

Linda Yaron Weston is awesome! She’s a National Board Certified Teacher and the author of Mindfulness for Young Adults: Tools to Thrive in School and Life. She developed USC’s introductory mindfulness course! Prior to that, she was a public high school English teacher in Los Angeles, where she became increasingly interested in how schools can support student health and well-being. She holds dual MEd degrees from UCLA and is certified in mindfulness facilitation and yoga (E-RYT 500).
